Summary of the Job:
Were looking for a developer with strong frontend skills to join our growing GenAI team. In this role youll create intuitive user interfaces that make AI capabilities accessible and valuable across our organization. Youll work with modern frontend frameworks to build responsive userfriendly experiences while also contributing to our backend systems.
As technology in this space evolves rapidly youll have the opportunity to continuously learn and apply new techniques and tools. We value team members who stay curious share insights about emerging trends and help us adapt our approach as GenAI capabilities advance. Your contributions will directly drive our transformation efforts as we reimagine banking processes and customer experiences.
Working in our collaborative team environment youll participate in design development and testing while having ownership over your projects. Youll also connect with other development teams helping them integrate our GenAI capabilities into their own applications as we expand these tools throughout FNBO.
About This Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement endtoend GenAI solutions with a focus on frontend delivery
- Create intuitive user interfaces for AIpowered features and tools
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure AI interactions are userfriendly
- Work with backend developers to integrate AI functionality
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
- Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies and frontend development best practices
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of frontend development experience
- Strong proficiency with React ecosystem including:
- Vite build tooling
- React Router for application routing
- Tailwind CSS for styling
- ShadCN component library implementation
- Familiarity with generative AI frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- Vercel AI SDK
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of REST APIs and working with AI model endpoints
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills

- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of REST APIs and working with AI model endpoints
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI Anthropic etc.)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks
- Understanding of banking or financial services industry
- Experience with TypeScript and testing frameworks

Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $77807.00$128381.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience education and/or skill level.
