We Are Looking For
The Production Engineer will join our wire and cable manufacturing team.
What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
- Oversee the design development and testing of mechanical components and systems for wire and cable products
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production quality assurance and operations to ensure successful product development and delivery
- Prepare technical documentation including design specifications test plans and reports to support product development and quality assurance
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards including quality management systems
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or a related field)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in engineering preferably in the aerospace or wire and cable manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes materials and quality control techniques
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools related to production planning and process optimization
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking
- Highly skilled in engaging teams to deliver results in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately multitask and work well under pressure with changing priorities
Special Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
- ITAR requirement
- 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
