Job Summary
Reporting to the AVP the Associate Director will manage and lead the employer relations team for the Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD). This position will create a plan for cultivating and maintaining employer relationships for fulltime coop internship and Arch away opportunities for Rensselaer students. The team will build and maintain employer relationships across all industry sectors private nonprofit and government. The Associate Director will continually identify ways to engage employers with the Institute with the goal of developing longterm relationships that support the CCPD initiatives and institutional priorities. Travel is required.
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant combinations of education training and experience may be considered.(Example a relevant bachelors degree plus a total of 9 years of experience as described above)

Expected hiring range: $80000 $90000 / yr
