About the Role
CSR team is in charge of following the process designated as Customer Specific Requirements Process by collecting requirements from the client preparing them for evaluation and ensuring that the proof of implementation of these requirements is documented.
CSR team collaborates with all Harman teams from all sites because we want to increase the visibility of the team as well as develop our process to the benchmark stage.

What You Will Do
We are looking for a dedicated person who wants to learn and develop who enthusiastically welcomes change and can adapt easily
Together with us you could develop your soft skills in relation to communication and finding pragmatic solutions to problems that may arise
We would like you to be able to participate in our operational meetings take notes and share them with all participants in the form of Minutes of the Meeting (MoM)
For the analysis of CSR requirements we use a dedicated tool called Guksa CSR and we would be happy to be able to offer you specialized training to learn how to manage it
What You Need to Be Successful
Demonstrable knowledge of working with databases and Microsoft package
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues in various departments
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to the teams success
Knowledge of statistics is welcome if you will contribute to creating our weekly reports with statistical details of the CSR assessment
The willingness to participate in brainstorming sessions and setting the teams strategy is a welcome plus
Bonus Points if You Have
Professional certifications related to data analysis programming quality systems
Experience collaborating with people across different geographies and departments
What Makes You Eligible
You are fluent in English ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
You are willing to travel if necessary to support various projects and collaborate with colleagues across different locations
Ideally you live near Bucharest Romania as commuting to our office will be required each week
You understand that flexibility in working hours may be required due to the nature of global infrastructure and project demands
