Job Description

As a Business Support Coordinator you will:

  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of business support services within the team
  • Assist with general office and facilities management
  • Provide ad hoc support to company groups initiatives events management functions individuals or group
  • Ensure the confidentiality of strategic or sensitive information
  • Deliver tasks and activities on time and to a high standard taking a proactive and innovative approach to business support.
  • Utilise knowledge key stakeholders DM systems and processes to deliver business support services efficiently and commercially
  • Encourage DM teams and individuals to fully utilise the DM systems and resources providing training where required
  • Be an effective communicator ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy that meet with company and client requirements
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulatory contractual and organisational requirements and policies in own area of responsibility.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be highly organised and have a proactive approach to daytoday tasks
  • Have great IT skills & be confident with Microsoft products
  • Be a great team player and have a cando attitude
  • Have good numeracy skills and financial understanding
  • Be a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail
  • Have an appetite to learn and develop
