Job Description

About the Role
The Vice President Commercial will work on digital initiatives within SPT International Production. Reporting into the EVP Head of UK & Europe the role will identify and generate new revenue streams drive business growth and maximise the commercial potential of the initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker a highly commercial and entrepreneurial leader and a digital expert with deep understanding of the digital space.
Essential Requirements:
- Extensive experience and typically a minimum of 10 years in commercial leadership within the digital sector across platforms broadcasters and production companies as well as holding advisory and/or board positions within the sector
- Demonstrated ability to successfully set up digital initiatives
- Proven track record of identifying and growing revenue streams with a deep understanding of digital content monetisation including programmatic advertising direct brand deals and alternative revenue models
- Strong industry connections across platforms broadcasters and production companies with an ability to leverage relationships to drive revenue growth
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely execution
- Strong team leadership skills and people management skills capable of inspiring and leading a highperforming digital team
- Finely tuned communication skills and the ability to thoughtfully navigate complex organisations and a diverse mix of creative and corporate collaborators
- Ability to present to senior management with clarity and brevity to enable quick senior level decisionmaking.
