Job Description

Job Title

Sales Process Optimization Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and processdriven professional to lead sales territory design support strategic initiatives and drive datainformed decisionmaking within our residential organization. This individual contributor role will serve as a critical partner to Sales VPs and crossfunctional stakeholders by developing actionable insights designing scalable processes and enhancing performance through financial analysis and territory optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine sales territory models to align with market potential customer segmentation and growth objectives.

  • Use data analytics to identify coverage gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for reallocation.

  • Design and manage dashboards KPIs and performance tracking for sales execution and financial health.

  • Interpret complex datasets to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Lead efforts to document streamline and standardize sales operations processes using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.

  • Train sales team new tools and technologies.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the residential sales team.

  • Conduct profitability assessments ROI analyses and forecasting to support territory decisions and resource planning.

  • Collaborate with Sales VPs Marketing Finance and Operations to align strategic plans with field execution.

  • Act as a thought partner in sales planning sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Finance or related field; MBA or Six Sigma Certification preferred.

  • 5 years of experience in sales operations sales strategy analytics or process engineering.

  • Demonstrated success in independently managing highimpact projects in a matrixed environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Other Requirements:

  • Location: Dalton GA (hybrid)

  • Travel: Up to 15%

  • 5 years in process design 6sigma territory design

  • Reports To: Senior Director Sales Operations & Business Intelligence

  • Role Type: Individual Contributor
