Remote:Hybrid Schedule. 3 days in the office with Mondays and Fridays remote.

About this position:
LMCU is looking for an Organizational Talent Development Coordinator who is responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of training and development programs to all LMCU employees. They will work closely with the Organizational Learning and Development Manager to identify and assess training needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. This is an essential role in ensuring that all LMCU employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills lead with excellence and achieve their full potential.
What youll do:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Maintain and update training content in the LMS. Manage learner enrollment (including annual compliance training). Track and report on learner progress and course completion data. Troubleshoot LMSrelated issues and provide user support.
Training Logistics Coordination: Schedule training sessions (virtual and inperson) reserve meeting spaces and manage invitations and registrations. Prepare training room and distribute training materials and supplies. Monitor attendance and manage rosters and records.
Communication & Participant Support: Monitor and respond to inquiries in the Talent Development inbox providing timely and accurate information. Answer basic questions from employees and participants regarding training programs and schedules. Draft and distribute clear engaging communications to promote learning opportunities and development initiatives.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external training providers to schedule sessions and ensure timely delivery of content and materials. Process vendor invoices and track budgets related to training activities. Support contract management and renewals as needed.
General Support: Assist in measuring training effectiveness through surveys and feedback. Provide administrative support for development initiatives including communication data entry and recordkeeping.
What Youll Bring:
13 years of experience in training coordination talent development or a related administrative role with a focus on employee programs.
Bachelors degree in HR Education Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience managing or using an LMS (e.g. Workday Learning Cornerstone etc.).
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook Excel and PowerPoint).
Prior experience with vendor management or corporate training logistics preferred.
Familiarity with virtual training platforms (Zoom MS Teams etc.) preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills preferred.
