Required Qualifications
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED ; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills detailoriented and accurate; able to work independently and with others; problemsolving abilities; flexibility and adaptability; professionalism; familiarity with computer software programs including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook; and the ability to maintain confidential records. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with Banner ERP software; debt collection; and accounting / bookkeeping experience.
