Rate:$52000/YR
At Securitas onsite Security Officers are the foundation of our organization. Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments help safeguard people property and information.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at our assigned site in Las Vegas Nevada. The ideal candidate will manage security staff ensure compliance mitigate security concerns operate security systems and be a liaison to the client on site.
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Manage daily security operations and staff at the assigned site.
- Handle scheduling and payroll for security personnel.
- Complete local compliance audits.
- Manage and mitigate any sitelevel securityrelated concerns.
- Routinely audit various sitespecific logs to confirm accuracy.
- Coordinate with security vendors as requested.
- Manage the new hire badging process.
- Oversee security communication channels.
- Be on call after hours for emergencies and calloffs.
- Conduct sitelevel investigations as assigned.
- Proofread and approve incident reports.
- Complete other assigned duties.
- Administer the local Securitas Vision system.
- Coordinate site security systems such as CCTV and access control and oversee general troubleshooting diagnosing maintenance and system health checks.
- Coordinate new hire training to ensure compliance and successful completion of training.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
- 1 year of supervisor experience.
