Were seeking an experienced and proactive Project Analyst to join our North Carolina division. With 5 years in project support or coordinationideally within the AEC or construction industryyoull play a key role in driving project success across our Charlotte Raleigh and Wilmington offices.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization can anticipate project needs and is confident engaging with internal teams clients and external partners. Your contributions will directly support efficient project delivery quality documentation and strong team collaboration.
This position will work on a hybrid work schedule out of one of our North Carolina offices (Charlotte Raleigh or Wilmington).
Serve as a core team member supporting project managers and technical staff across multiple projects
Lead preparation and quality control of project documentation including contracts schedules and proposals
Maintain organized project records (digital and physical)
Track project milestones deliverables and deadlines proactively flagging risks or delays
Coordinate meetings prepare materials and ensure actionable followups
Monitor project budgets track expenses and compile financial reports for leadership review
Communicate with subcontractors consultants and clients to keep projects aligned and on schedule
5 years of experience in a project analyst project coordinator or similar role (AEC or construction industry preferred)
Associates degree required; bachelors degree preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with project management/accounting platforms such as Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A high degree of initiative with proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Detailfocused with strong time management and organizational abilities
Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams and clientfacing project work
