Job Description

Come help us reimagine how performance is managed for Amazons Associates across Operations. As part of the Workforce Solutions Talent Mobility (WSTM) team within People eXperience and Technology (PXT) you will play a key role in building innovative products that help associates grow thrive and perform at their best. Our team team owns the endtoend delivery of critical technologies creating the gold standard for employee engagement tools tailored for Operation leaders. We are looking for a Product Manager Technical (PMT) to lead the evolution of performance management for associates. In this role you will drive the endtoend product lifecycle from identifying operational pain points to launching scalable and intuitive solutions that increase visibility and accountability improve associate experience and support leaders in making datadriven talent decisions.
You will be a handson owner diving deep into data partnering with crossfunctional stakeholders and delivering a performance management system that supports Amazons field operations globally. Key job responsibilities
Develop and own the product strategy roadmap and success metrics for associate performance management within WSTM
Lead the evolution of how performance is tracked communicated and acted upon by associates managers and business leaders
Deep dive into data and operational processes to identify challenges friction points and areas of opportunity
Build mechanisms that enable scalable and consistent performance management across all sites and roles
Drive crossfunctional alignment with engineering science UX operations legal HR and business leaders
Implement change management strategies and tools to ensure successful adoption of new products and features
Champion the voice of the field by gathering feedback iterating quickly and prioritizing impactful solutions
Contribute to strategic documents such as OP1 OP2 and business reviews
Act as a subject matter expert on performance management in Operations influencing longterm vision and planning


A day in the life
As a PMT on the WSTM team youll work backward from the needs of associates and leaders in Amazons fulfillment centers and other Operations sites. Youll start your day reviewing data on current performance trends followed by a working session with design and science partners to scope new features that enable greater visibility into associate growth. Later youll meet with operations stakeholders to gather feedback from pilots and collaborate on a scalable launch plan. Throughout it all youll be relentlessly focused on improving how performance is understood recognized and developedempowering associates to succeed and delivering better outcomes for customers.

About the team
You will be part of the WSTM team within the Workforce Solutions Organization. The team owns the full suite of product such as Thrive Engage Gather ADAPT and Conversation Hub.

Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning

Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
