We are seeking a talented Program Manager who can provide leadership to crossfunctional teams and drive key initiatives to protect customers and Amazon from payment related fraud misuse and abuse.
Key job responsibilities As a Program Manager in Payment Risk you will partner across Product Machine Learning Scientists Operations specialists and Analytics to manage and improve our selfservice contact experience.
You will define the overall strategy for the program and clearly communicate goals roles responsibilities and desired outcomes to crossfunctional teams.
You will drive measure and report on progress and insights to technical and nontechnical audiences.
You will anticipate bottlenecks and escalate issues when required to ensure ontime delivery of key initiatives.
3 years of program or project management experience 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3 years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes project management and schedules
