Job Description

OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a Safety Administrator for our 183 N Mobility project inAustin TX.

The Safety Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to a Project Regional or Service Group office. Construction office assistants provide customer service and support to the project team as well as other vendors and subcontractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides general administrative support; duties may include following:

  • Receive sort scan and file all required safety documentation.

  • Monitor the incident folder and maintain the incident tracker by:

    • Entering new incident data

    • Generating bar charts pie charts and statistical reports as requested

  • Ensure safety form bins are stocked with blank uptodate forms for supervisor use.

  • Provide support in scheduling safety events and training sessions.

  • Assist in the creation revision and formatting of safety forms and documents.

  • Support the management of thirdparty auto damage claims.

  • File medical paperwork and help track employee medical appointments.

  • Monitor and verify LYTX event data for accuracy and followup.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior HSE Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associates degree or some administrative training is a plus
  • 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize responsibilities
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion at all times
  • Proficient with MS Office Programs

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors including but not limited to: training transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for a bonus and other benefits.
