Position Summary...
Director of Global Investigations US Corporate teamLocation: Bentonville AR
The Director of Global Investigations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the companys global investigative functions. This role entails leading complex investigations into potential violations of company policy legal compliance and ethical standards across the United States where the company operates.
What youll do...
Lead Team of Senior Investigators: Oversee and direct all aspects of global investigations ensuring thorough independent and timely investigations of potential misconduct or policy violations.
Develop Investigation Strategies: Create and implement robust investigation strategies work plans and procedures that align with the companys compliance and ethical standards.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Legal Compliance People and other relevant departments to ensure investigations are conducted effectively and thoroughly.
Training and Development: Train and mentor a team of investigators ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to conduct highquality investigations.
Reporting and Documentation: Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of investigation processes and outcomes and prepare detailed reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate future occurrences.
Stay Informed: Keep abreast of business trends regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure the companys investigative processes remain current and effective.
What youll bring:
10 years in investigations compliance or a related field; 5 years in a leadership role
Expertise in handling complex highprofile investigations
Strong analytical and communication skills with high discretion
Proficiency in evidence handling reporting and crossfunctional collaboration
Relevant certifications (e.g. CFE PCI CPA) and willingness to travel as needed
