If youre ready to inspire young people build their confidence teach them how to conquer addiction and cheer them on as they journey toward sobriety wed love to have you on board! As the Lead Residential Recovery Specialist you will:
- Bea rock for our clients offering consistent care guidance and compassion.
- Supportyouth through both everyday challenges and crisis moments.
- Createa positive and structured environment where growth and healing happen.
- Holdfirm (but fair!) boundaries and ensurerules are respected and followed.
- Makesure our clients voices are heard and their needs are met.
- Teamup with our amazing clinical and leadership staff to give wellrounded support.
- Keep open communication with client families and case workers.
- Takepart in our oncall rotation because support doesnt stop at 5 p.m.

Do you have personal experience with substance use or addiction with at least two years of current continuous recovery Are you passionate about sharing your story to support others on their journey to stability and healing

MUST HAVES Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- One (1) year of related experience.
- Travel including transporting clients is required for this position. For YSS insurance purposes you must:
- be 21 years of age
- have a valid stateissued drivers license
- have a clean driving record and
- have adequate insurance coverage per YSS policy.
SHOULD HAVES Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in a human services related field.*
- Understanding of the needs of youth facing substance use and dependencyand an awareness of available other intervention strategies.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with others regardless of backgrounds identities and goals.
- Able to effectively communicate with customers clients and the public as well as colleagues and other staff members.
- Flexibility to serve on the oncall rotation and cover shifts.
The IDEAL Candidate:
- Is patient and calm under pressure and able to deal with challenging situations with a good attitude.
- Speaks a language(s) in addition to English.
