Global Trainee

Location: USA Houston TX

Seniority/Experience Requirement: 0 2 years

Education Requirements: University degree

Language Skills: English proficiency mandatory (Spanish strongly desired)

Tenaris is the leading global supplier of tubular products and services for the energy industry and for other industrial applications. With manufacturing centers and commercial offices in more than 25 countries the company is listed on the NYSE and on the stock exchanges of Buenos Aires Mexico and Milan.

We are looking for bright hardworking entry level engineers for our Global Trainee Program (GTP).

Tenaris will hire Global Trainees (GTs) for Houston TX. After 36 months of initial training these GTs will be sent abroad to Mexico for the remaining 910 months of their first year with the company. At this point these employees will then return to Houston TX.

We will select from the following majors (or related):

Mechanical Engineering
Metallurgical Engineering
Electrical Engineering

Engineering Management

All recent college graduates are hired into our Tenaris Global Trainee Program (GTP). The GTP is a twoyear rotational program dedicated to maximizing the potential of employees who have recently joined the company. It includes 2 job rotations an extensive elearning and classroom training program (including the TenarisUniversity Induction Camp 4 weeks of training in Argentina) and onthejob training during the first two years. A well structured followup and feedback framework will ensure the graduates to get the necessary guidance at the earlier steps of their career.

Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
Maximum 2 years work experience after graduation
Passion for industrial business
Multicultural openness
Ability to travel

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office a plus (especially Excel)

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required
