We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales particularly with Oracle applications and technologies and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and exceed sales targets.

What will you do

  • Identify develop and close new business opportunities focused on Oracle solutions (ERP HCM SCM Oracle Cloud etc.)
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and renewal of services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and aligning Oracle solutions appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Oracle sales teams and internal solution consultants to drive strategic sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and RFP responses.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Which Talent do you bring

  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 13 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales with a focus on Oracle solutions.
  • Good understanding of Oracles product suite licensing models and gotomarket strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
