Job Description
- Contribute to alumni engagement activities that involve business global and highprofile graduates.
- Contribute to crossteam initiatives and engagement programs to strengthen alumni connections.
- Fulltime appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $100524 $111534 p.a. (prorata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
Development and Alumni Relations DAR oversees the Universitys alumni philanthropic and community strategies. The function works collaboratively across the University to embed philanthropic and engagement activity into the Universitys operations. The core responsibility of the team is to lead and build on the Universitys alumni donor and community relations to advance the University goals.
About the opportunity
- Develop positive internal and external stakeholder relationships through School student and alumni connections.
- Plan implement and assess alumni outreach and engagement including volunteer programs and initiatives.
- Maximise UWA relevance in the lives of graduates along with active and meaningful alumni participation in the life of UWA.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and highlevel consultation collaboration and problemsolving skills.
- Proven ability to build lasting business relationships provide excellent client service and work effectively with people including key contacts and volunteers.
- Highly developed management and organisational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent research analysis communication and presentation skills including experience preparing and presenting proposals assessments and reports eDMs and social content.
