Senior Estimator Commercial Roofing
Oklahoma City OK (Relocation Assistance Provided)

$100000 $120000 per year (based on experience)
Were a growing commercial roofing company based in Oklahoma City looking to add a Senior Estimator to our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced estimator who wants to be part of a stable teamoriented company that values your skills and input.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects
- Use Edge estimating software and Bluebeam for takeoffs and proposals
- Collaborate with project managers and sales to transition estimates into active jobs
- Analyze specifications drawings and other documentation to prepare time cost materials and labor estimates
- Provide insights on Single Ply Modified and (ideally) Metal Roofing systems
- Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems especially Single Ply and Modified
- Experience with Edge and Bluebeam required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Extra consideration for candidates with Metal Roofing experience
- Willing to relocate Well help make the move easier
- Competitive salary: $100000 $120000 annually
