Job Description

In this role you will join a dynamic team to develop emerging products to drive innovation and automation in Private Pricing. The CX Program Manager 3PX is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex crossfunctional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations. This role requires scoping and creating project plans developing repeatable processes creating and managing metrics coordinating and driving execution and communicating to senior management on status risks and program and process changes. Through this work you will play an instrumental role in building the Private Pricing Program brand driving awareness and adoption and increasing deal count and velocity.
The ideal candidate works independently seeking guidance as needed. With a solid understanding of the business problems tools workflows and the interdependencies that pertain to Private Pricing you make connections and make sure the right people are part of the conversation. You solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks). You oversee gaps between teams processes and systems helping teams reduce exposure to failure risks and effectively communicate impacts. You measure success by impact (vs. size of effort) and continuously inspect both approach and output to incrementally raise the bar over time.
Key job responsibilities
Define create and own project plans for project portfolio and product prioritization and implementation
Partner with leadership to define success metrics and criteria and align with internal stakeholders to achieve
Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects proactively assessing and resolving project risks as they are encountered
Own communications and processes to continually update relevant business stakeholders of project status
Deliver on time in budget and ensure all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in business case
Define measure and analyze postlaunch metrics to continuously optimize design and endtoend experience

This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction and network proactively. You must be comfortable working on multiple segments in parallel which is why strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask are critical. 5 years of Program and or Project Management Experience
3 years of experience in delivering end to end solutions
Experience defining refining and implementing sales processes procedures and policies or equivalent
Bachelors Degree
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Experience working within a highgrowth technology company
Experience with cross functional decision making

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
