JOB OVERVIEW:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the Integrated Planning Function: Develop and implement a comprehensive IBPdriven demand and supply planning strategy to optimize inventory levels and improve service performance.
• SAP IBP Implementation & Optimization: Spearhead the design configuration and continuous improvement of SAP IBP ensuring seamless integration with existing ERP systems and business processes.
• Demand Planning: Partner with Sales Marketing and Finance to create a robust demand forecasting process that enhances forecast accuracy and aligns with business objectives.
• Supply Planning & Optimization: Develop and execute capacity planning production scheduling and inventory management strategies to drive operational efficiencies while limiting inventory waste.
• Managing Network Days of Stock: Ensure inventory levels across the network are aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to support business objectives while maintaining optimal stock levels.
• LongTerm Capacity Planning: Develop and execute longterm capacity planning strategies for both manufacturing and comanufacturing to support growth efficiency and scalability.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead the monthly enterprise S&OP process ensuring crossfunctional alignment and proactive decisionmaking. Drive enterprisewide alignment and strategic decisionmaking by leading the endtoend S&OP process ensuring that demand and supply strategies are fully integrated across the organization.
• New Product Introduction & EndofLife Cycle Management: Develop and integrate planning strategies for new product launches phaseouts and overall portfolio management to ensure seamless transitions and optimized inventory levels.
• Leadership & Development of Planning Team: Build mentor and develop a highperforming planning team by providing coaching career development opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• DataDriven Insights: Utilize advanced analytics and scenario planning within SAP IBP to support strategic decisionmaking and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement Manufacturing Logistics and Finance teams to drive an integrated approach to planning.
• Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy service levels inventory turns waste reduction and network stock efficiency driving a culture of continuous improvement.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Operations or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 10 years of supply chain planning experience with a strong emphasis on demand and supply planning.
• Expertise in SAP IBP (demand supply and inventory optimization) with a proven track record of implementation and process enhancement.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisionmaking.
• Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional teams and driving an effective S&OP process.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing or CPG industries is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership communication and change management skills.
