This position will collaborate extensively with business technology risk and other corporate teams to establish and strengthen adoption of security by design.

This role is part of the Information Security organization aligning to Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for Wealth and Asset Management. This role will report to the BISO who reports to the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). We operate within a complex landscape driven by client expectations and the diverse needs that comes with operating in countries across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively assess security gaps develop innovative solutions and drive DevSecOps transformation to enhance resilience and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison between development and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration of security into the DevOps pipeline
  • Implement security automation risk mitigation strategies and CI/CD security integration ensuring secure software delivery.
  • Establish trust with clients stakeholders and engineering teams advocating for security best practices and DevSecOps adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate secure coding practices and vulnerability assessments
  • Lead the DevSecOps strategy aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Must be able to work in a multifunctional team environment

Qualifications:

  • 10 years in DevSecOps Cloud Security or Secure Software Development. Experience in Financial industry is a plus.
  • Expertise in CI/CD cloud security Azure DevOps container security and automation tools.
  • Experience in implementing security checks within a Secure SDLC Pipeline
  • Experience with Secrets Management SCA opensource tools
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and security testing (SAST DAST SCA).
  • Proven ability to engage with clients lead teams and drive strategic security initiatives.
