We are looking for a Supplier Repair Manager to come onboard in our GMA Service Directorate in Yoann Repair Operation & Repair Engineering s team: a team of 15 collaborators!

Your Mission

  • To ensure that all repair orders rotables and structural parts are carriedout within the framework of the repair agreements and agreed leadtimes
  • To be accountable for operation performance of the Vendors in his/her portfolio in terms of Repair cost Shop Processing Time/O.T.D Warranty Administration.
  • To identify nonconform events on the application of contracts and communicate with the concerned parties.
  • To identify nonperformance root causes and initiate monitor corrective recovery plan towards vendors.
  • To submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • To challenge for review all Time & Material quotes in order to preserve ATRs position.
  • To setup operational review meetings with vendors in order to monitor logistics and economics performances and address open issues
  • To assist commercial teams on 3rd party invoicing criteria (technical details allowing to justify customer recharge whilst providing guidance and technical recommendations to the customer)
  • To support commercial teams to settle commercial disputes on repairs and eligible ATR warranty claims.

About you

  • Experience
    • Aftersales market Supply chain/Logistics Part 145
    • strong repair experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Purchasing/Sales Administration
  • Technical skills / knowledge
    • SAP Demonstrated proficiency preferred with MS Office applications including: Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook etc.
  • Soft skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities excellent organizational skills ability to work under pressure
    • A positive attitude selfmotivated strong attention to detail
    • Availability and flexibility for international travelling (mainly in Europe)
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)

Nous recherchons un Supplier Repair Manager pour rejoindre notre Direction GMA Service Directorate au sein de lquipe de Yoann Repair Operation & Repair Engineering : une quipe de 15 collaborateurs !

Votre mission

  • Sassurer que tous les ordres de rparation pices rotatives et pices structurelles sont excuts dans le cadre des accords de rparation et des dlais convenus.
  • tre responsable de la performance oprationnelle des fournisseurs de son portefeuille en termes de cot de rparation de temps de traitement en atelier dadministration de la garantie.
  • Identifier les vnements non conformes lapplication des contrats et communiquer avec les parties concernes.
  • Identifier les causes profondes de la nonperformance et initier et suivre un plan de redressement correctif lgard des fournisseurs.
  • Soumettre des rapports en temps opportun et prparer des prsentations/propositions selon les besoins.
  • Remettre en question tous les devis de temps et de matriel afin de prserver la position dATR.
  • Organiser des runions de revue oprationnelle avec les fournisseurs afin de contrler les performances logistiques et conomiques et de traiter les problmes en suspens.
  • Assister les quipes commerciales sur les critres de facturation des tiers (dtails techniques permettant de justifier la recharge du client tout en fournissant des conseils et des recommandations techniques au client).
  • Assister les quipes commerciales dans le rglement des litiges commerciaux sur les rparations et les demandes de garantie ATR ligibles.

A propos de vous

  • Exprience
    • March de laprsvente Chane dapprovisionnement/Logistique Part 145
    • forte exprience en rparation
    • Minimum 3 ans dexprience en Supply Chain/Logistique/Achats/Administration des ventes
  • Comptences techniques / connaissances
    • SAP matrise avre des applications MS Office notamment : Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook etc
  • Comptences non techniques
    • Excellentes capacits de communication et de relations interpersonnelles excellentes capacits dorganisation capacit travailler sous pression.
    • Attitude positive motivation personnelle grand souci du dtail.
    • Disponibilit et flexibilit pour les dplacements internationaux (principalement en Europe).
  • Matrise de langlais et du franais (litalien est un plus)
