TriState Interventional Pain Consultants is committed to providing the best possible care to their patients while using stateoftheart techniques. We are looking for an experienced RN to join our team!

The right candidate ensures that quality nursing care is rendered to all patients in accordance with Washington State Nurse Practice Act TriState Health and departmental nursing standards in our busy 6 provider 2 procedure suite outpatient clinic. Utilizing nursing process functions primarily in direct patient care either in the clinic or the procedural setting. Nursing functions may include pre or post procedural or intraoperative care while working in conjunction with providers and colleagues in a highly efficient environment.

Education and Training:

• Associates degree or Bachelors in healthcare administration or equivalent college coursework preferred.

Licensures/ Certifications:

• Current Washington State RN license; Current American Heart Association ACLS and BLS/CPR certification card on hire or within orientation period.

Experience:

• Two five years of acute care experience preferred
• Prior experience in pain clinic desired

Skills and Abilities:

• Use skills in nursing assessment to include perioperative education and care.
• Recognizing post anesthesia and postoperative complications.
• Promotes positive teamwork with departmental staff surgeons physicians anesthesia and all departmental personnel.
• Participates in maintaining a safe patient care environment. Effective leadership skills and preceptor participation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette strong interpersonal skills
• Computer skills including electronic medical records systems.
