Job Description

Job Title: Sr Marketing and Project Coordinator
Sourcing Location: PH/Latam
Salary Range: $1500$2000/monthly


The Senior Marketing and Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies and key operational projects across our company. This position will be essential to maintaining our brand and reputation across media platforms coordinates crossfunctional support and ensures overarching company projects and marketing are carried out with efficiency and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns for new leaseups renovations and property rebranding.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media email marketing and content creation.
  • Coordinate with thirdparty vendors for photography videography signage and print collateral.
  • Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and leasing performance in collaboration with property management teams.
  • Provide administrative and logistical oversight of marketing campaigns property listings resident engagement initiatives recruiting and brand awareness activities.
  • Support the planning and of resident events and community engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee responses to social media and website reviews of properties and the organization. Develop a system to track and boost our ratings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses community groups and potential strategic partners to enhance property visibility and desirability.
Project & Event Planning
  • Support corporate and regional leadership by planning meetings events and calendar coordination.
  • Plan summer and winter companywide events for 250 employees and their families that cover four geographically diverse regions.
  • Oversee several companywide programs including employee uniforms orders phone systems and cell phone and tablet inventory.
  • Support the operations team in rollout and maintenance of a change in telecom services.
  • Lead or assist with special projects such as internal audits software rollouts or policy updates.
  • Other specialty projects and tasks as directed by the Executive team.

Qualifications: Include but are not limited to
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing and Design Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 5 years of project management and/or marketing experience.
  • Marketing experience required.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong decisionmaking and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to take initiative and be selfdirected.
  • High level of discretion with confidential information.
