Job Description
Designer Operating under detailed instructions and review the purpose of this position is to provide the essential technical knowledge and perform the work listed. This role has the responsibility to promote Biogas Engineerings competitiveness within the global marketplace by delivering quality services of unmatched value and technical competence. The purpose of this position is to work on various 2D drawings using AutoCAD under the supervision of a Mechanical Engineer or Lead Engineer on a project.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings using CAD software including Plot plans elevations sections and details based on sketches and project specifications.
Understanding basic Equipment Piping Civil and Structural design concepts
Effective communication with engineers and design teams to clarify design intent.
Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation.
Coordinate with other drafters and team members to ensure consistency in drawings.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to incorporate design changes and updates.
Conduct quality checks to ensure drawings meet industry standards.
Meet project deadlines and timelines for drawing submissions.
Review 2D drawings from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements and actively seek discrepancy resolution.
Adhere to industry codes and standards as well as department practices and procedures
