Your Role
We are hiring an entryjunior level QC Analyst I. The QC Analyst I will be responsible for conducting quality control testing in the and ensuring the safety efficacy and consistency of products. This role involves rigorous analysis at every stage to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines.
- Support test planning and quality control test execution.
- Perform and document analytical methods tests and assay per SOPs.
- Prepares sample and test solutions per SOPs and USP/EP/JP etc.
- Setsup and operates equipment.
- Perform and documents sampling per SOPs.
- Verify inventory and expiry of reagents and standards and procure items and consumables as needed.
- Perform visual inspection.
- Assist in environmental monitoring activities.
- Maintain data integrity.
- Identify and report out of specification test results.
- Clean glassware and perform periodic cleaning of testing facilities.
- Follow safety procedures including gowning and wearing required personal protective equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in related science discipline i.e. Chemistry Microbiology.
- 13 years of experience in an analytical and/or quality control role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of test methods and procedures.
- Proficiency in using analytical instrumentation.
- Knoweldge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
