Experienced Trial Attorney Manager Up to $200000 Annually
Are you a seasoned trial attorney with a passion for leadership A toptier personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney Manager to lead a highperforming team of litigators. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the largest and most successful personal injury firms in the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mentor and manage a team of trial attorneys and litigation staff.
Provide strategic direction on litigation matters including pleadings discovery depositions and trial preparation.
Maximize case value through effective development and trial readiness.
Leverage advanced legal software to manage dockets and optimize team performance.
Maintain a clientfocused resultsdriven approach.
Requirements:
10 years of trial experience (personal injury preferred).
Proven leadership in managing plaintiff or defense litigation teams.
Deep understanding of litigation strategy trial practice and courtroom excellence.
Strong command of legal technology and workflow tools.
