About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations of inventory for a major battery manufacturer. This role is responsible for managing inventory ensuring safety compliance supervising staff and maintaining efficient warehouse practices. You will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture and driving operational excellence.
This position will be based in Joliet IL initially and will transition to Matteson IL by the end of August.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and clean warehouse environment in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Follow and enforce customerspecific warehouse operations policies and procedures
- Conduct regular employee training to support safety and stable operations
- Oversee warehouse asset management including equipment purchasing and maintenance
- Hold regular team meetings and monitor employee performance
- Support continuous improvement and problemsolving initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in a related field (preferred)
- 3 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics
- 3 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- English and Korean bilingual preferred.
