We are hiring for our client for a Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) OR which is responsible for the operational oversight of perioperative services within the unit. This role supports highquality patientcentered care by managing daily shift operations ensuring compliance with clinical standards staffing appropriately and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ANM works closely with crossfunctional teams to maintain best practices and resolve patient or staff concerns efficiently.
Lead and coordinate daily clinical operations including staffing scheduling payroll budgeting and quality management.
Supervise a unit of 20 60 employees ensuring compliance with federal state and local regulations as well as departmental policies.
Implement staff development strategies and lead improvement plans to promote team performance and patient safety.
Monitor patient population needs and adjust personnel allocation accordingly to ensure optimal care and operational efficiency.
Oversee HR functions employee safety and risk management at the unit level.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams across the care continuum to ensure cohesive treatment plans and service delivery.
Analyze performance metrics and introduce evidencebased practices to improve quality and patient satisfaction.
Respond to patient/family concerns and lead service recovery efforts when necessary.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
High school diploma or GED
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of recent OR leadership experience (Charge RN Preceptor QI Champion etc.)
Minimum 2 years of total nursing experience
Licensure & Certification:
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Willingness and ability to support both Roseville and Folsom locations
Other Requirements:
Training as a preceptor or charge nurse
Strong knowledge of QI staffing budgeting and clinical care delivery
Familiarity with Nursing Practice Act The Joint Commission standards and other relevant regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work within a Labor/Management Partnership model
Master s degree in Nursing or Healthcarerelated field
Current ANM or Nurse Manager experience
CNOR certification
Education
High School, GED, Graduate of accredited school of nursing
