Location: Hybrid Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire
Salary: per annum bonus

The Role
We are looking for a strategic and personable Business Development Manager to lead our private care growth. You ll be responsible for generating leads developing referral relationships and ensuring smooth transitions from enquiry to care delivery.
Requirements
What We re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development sales or service growth within health care or wellbeing sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong understanding of the private care market and selffunding client journey.
- Ability to balance commercial objectives with compassionate client engagement.
- Confident presenting and networking with professional and public audiences.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
