Are you ready to make a significant impact on our companys success We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team.
The Senior HRIS Analyst contributes to the accomplishment of the overall People and Culture strategic business solution by supporting and managing the HRIS Systems across Crown Properties.
As a Senior HRIS Analyst you will:
- Be an escalation point for all P&C systems matters through the centralised PC Systems mailboxes ensuring that all issues are treated professionally and confidentially and dissemination of information is communicated appropriately.
- Design and implement improvements in Workday (including but not limited to: HCM Recruiting Compensation Performance Talent Learning and Absence) as part of BAU and/or project work.
- Understand and utilise Workday and advise HR and users on best practice.
- Management and administration of Workday modules and subsystems.
- Manage data integrity; including developing audit strategy and schedules conduct data audits research appropriate actions.
- Mentor a small team of analysts and assist with escalations and issue resolution.
About you
Youll bring the following:
- Strong HRIS or IT systems / applications management experience with experience on Workday modules: Compensation module experience is essential.
- System configuration experience with EA configuration experience will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated critical thinking analytical customer service and quantitative skills with the ability to analyse data for key trends.
- Strong customer service/communication skills with ability to effectively influence and proactively act as a business partner.
- Excellent judgement and decisionmaking skills knowing when to escalate issues and when to take ownership to address.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of HRIS or IT systems / applications management experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business Information Systems or analytical based discipline or extensive experience highly desirable.
- Advanced excel skills
- System configuration experience
- Workday experience specialising in at least one or more of the following modules HCM Compensation Advanced Compensation Absence Recruitment Talent and/or Learning.
