We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to support our executive team. This position involves handling a variety of administrative tasks ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining effective communication between departments and clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage executives calendars appointments and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls emails and other correspondence.
Organize and maintain office files documents and records.
Prepare reports presentations and meeting materials.
Assist with project coordination and followup tasks.
Coordinate internal and external meetings events and conferences.
Handle personal errands and tasks for executives as needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
