Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Representative to be the face of our company and provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This individual will handle front desk activities greet visitors manage calls and perform general office duties with accuracy and a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry filing and scanning

  • Provide support to other departments as needed


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is an advantage

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
