Job Description

Reboot Staff is seeking a reliable and detailoriented Office Assistant to join our administrative team in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our daily office activities. This role requires strong organizational skills the ability to multitask and a proactive attitude in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry filing scanning and document preparation

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Assist with scheduling meetings appointments and maintaining calendars

  • Prepare reports presentations and correspondence as requested

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

  • Support other departments with administrative tasks and coordination

  • Ensure the office remains organized clean and welcoming


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
