Job Description:
Looking for a Copywriter with experience in social and web copy. Youll be working on web pages that showcase & support the clients Softwares products.
Key Tasks:
- Based on notes from the team write compelling web page copy across different page types including product landing page product feature page ebook landing page events page etc
- Optimize copy based on SEO best practices
- Leverage the content workbooks (provided by the client) to create copy based on provided guidelines (character count limits etc)
- Work with internal stakeholder to properly articulate key messaging within the landing page copy
- Up to 4 revisions with key stakeholders including Round 1 (Product Marketing/Brand) Round 2 (Product/GTM team) Round 3(Legal/Risk/Comms) Round 4 (as needed)
- All reference materials will be provided by the client including page wireframe content workbook narrative doc and structure
Time requirement: With this adhoc support model while there isnt a consistent weekly requirement time requirement will depend on complexity of the project. Estimated commitment can be in the range of 10hr /week
during project sprint.
.Social Media Copy (Ongoing)
Services included are:
- Studying social briefs the tech content being promoted and any additional source materials provided (e.g. style guide VOC research)
- Developing and refining voice/messaging for each audience and channel
- Copywriting and editing for social media including Social Associates RedditLinkedIn and Twitter/X (TBD)
Deliverables (with some of the LinkedIn and Social Associates being overlapped messaging reframed by channel):
- There will be 12 briefs provided by the client per month
- Reddit megathread intro (12 per month)
- LinkedIn posts (12 per month)
- Social Associate posts (12 per month each inclusive of 2 options per post)
Qualifications :
Must have a strong portfolio
Must have experience in social and web copy
Must have regulated industry experience
5 years of experience
