We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Engineer to manage maintain and optimize all electrical systems and infrastructure within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in facility management with strong expertise in handling electrical assets including HT/LT systems DG sets UPS lighting and energy management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all electrical systems and equipment including transformers switchgear UPS generators lighting and distribution systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes safety standards and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with utility service providers and contractors for uninterrupted electrical supply.
Maintain proper documentation including asset registers maintenance logs and compliance reports.
Implement energysaving initiatives and monitor power consumption to enhance energy efficiency.
Assist in the planning and execution of electrical upgrades retrofits and project installations.
Supervise and guide electrical technicians and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Respond to emergencies involving electrical systems and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications :
Minimum 7 years of experience in managing electrical assets within a facility or infrastructure environment.
Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems control panels DG sets UPS fire alarm systems and BMS integration.
Handson experience with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Familiarity with electrical safety standards energy efficiency practices and statutory compliance.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Certification in Energy Management or Safety (e.g. OSHA NEBOSH)
Training in Building Management Systems (BMS)
