Change Communication Manager (m/w/d)

• Develop drive and implement change and transformation communication strategies aligned with Syntegons strategic priorities.
• Translate complex transformation initiatives into clear meaningful content and actions for diverse internal audiences.
• Act as a sparring partner to executives and transformation leads helping shape key messages and communication moments.
• Identify communication needs and opportunities across the organization and tailor communication formats accordingly (townhalls toolkits video infographics etc.).
• Support leaders and managers in their role as communicators and cultural multipliers.
• Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure a consistent change journey for employees.
• Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and data.

Qualifications :

• Several years of experience in corporate or internal communication ideally in the context of transformation or change programs.
• Strong strategic thinking storytelling and content development skills from bigpicture narrative to concrete tools.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships across levels and functions.
• Confidence in working with senior leaders and acting as a coach or challenger where needed.
• High level of resilience and flexibility; you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
• Degree in Communications Organizational Psychology Business or a related field is a plus.
