Were on the lookout for an experienced People & Culture Manager to help shape our people strategy and support our teams to thrive. This is a handson businessfacing role where youll work closely with leaders across the organisation develop and deliver plans to improve the performance engagement and retention of our team members in stores support office and distribution centres across Australia New Zealand and the UK.
How Youll Help
Partner with business leaders to bring HR strategy to life and help deliver on commercial goals
Coach and support managers through performance reviews and capability development
Lead talent planning recruitment and retention finding great people and helping them grow
Provide trusted advice on employee relations industrial matters and compliance
Navigate workplace issues with fairness clarity and confidence
Shape our learning and development approach so it meets the needs of a modern retail workforce
Lead and support change initiatives that keep our business futurefit
Use data and reporting to inform smart peoplefirst decisions
Qualifications :
Tertiary qualified in HR business or related field
5 years experience in a similar People & Culture Manager or Senior Business Partner role
Confident navigating complexity but always looking for the simplest most helpful path forward
Known for being approachable proactive and outcomedriven
Comfortable working autonomously and trusted by senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills written verbal and interpersonal
Experience in retail or similar fastpaced multisite industries preferred
A natural problemsolver with sound judgement and strong business acumen
