Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Configure enhance and troubleshoot Dayforce HCM to meet business needs.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to optimize HR system functionality and integration.
- Manage and support XMLbased data feeds imports/exports and vendor interfaces.
- Analyze HR data ensuring accuracy compliance and integrity across systems.
- Provide technical support for mergers and acquisitions system enhancements and reporting needs.
- Deliver enduser training to employees and managers.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience with Dayforce HCM configuration and technical HRIS support.
- Strong understanding of XML forms data feeds and system integrations.
- Ability to work effectively in a large matrixed organization with siloed business units.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for problemsolving and process improvement.
- High attention to detail confidentiality and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused approach.
Qualifications :
- Strong working knowledge and technical expertise with HRIS; experience with Dayforce HCM strongly preferred
- Ability to work inclusively in a collaborative fastpaced environment while meeting deadlines
- Organized selfmotivated resultsoriented and assertive individual
- Process oriented with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated critical thinking analytical and communication skills
- Problem solver
- Ability to work with confidential materials and employee information and maintain confidentiality

Additional Information :
The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $115000 $% Bonus medical dental vision benefits starting day 1 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Fulltime is defined as regularly working 30 hours per week.)
