Job Description
Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Store Warehouse Team Member position. The Warehouse person is responsible for accomplishing all shipping and receiving on a daily basis to maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion and serve walkin customers and phonein customers. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Properly prepare all items to be shipped and received on a daily basis
- Notify and communicate to appropriate parties of shipment status
- Monitor and maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels
- Coordinate cycle counts and rental inventory in branch location
- Maintain the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion
- Supporting drivers and customer service staff.
- Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way
- Answer telephone calls promptly
- Demonstrate indepth knowledge of products placement availability price and use
- Efficiently assess customer needs for product or services
- Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computer
- Keep showroom stocked clean organized and presentable
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
Qualifications :
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs on an occasional basis
- Basic mathematics skills
- Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications necessary to the position
- Ability to work efficiently in managing warehouse with freight in and out
- Previous experience with warehousing a plus.
- Valid Drivers License
