BIM- Modeller Buildings

• Performing 2D & 3D modelling detailing/drafting and related work including technical drawings quality control project coordination/communication and structural analysis if capable.
• Technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and technical modelers.
• Guide and review work done by other drafters/detailers and junior engineers.
• Responsible for quality and timely delivery of own work including budget control.
• Participate and contribute to project design reviews and discussions.

Qualifications :

• Diploma Civil Engineering Graduate or Postgraduate from reputed engineering college or technical institute.
• Minimum 5 years of detailing/drafting experience.
• Hands on experience of modelling and drafting with AutoCAD Revit and/or Tekla. Experience in Revit is mandatory.
• Experience in precast detailing & steel shop drawings is preferred.
• Europe and particular Sweden project experience is required.
• Design experience with RC structures steel structures steel connection design and timber structures as well as knowledge of Eurocodes is preferred.
• Design experience with prestressed systems/elements and precast concrete is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English are required.

The selected candidate will get the opportunity to act as the primary modelling/drafting lead on a variety of structural engineering projects in Sweden which includes residential and commercial buildings and will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals in Sweden. It is important that you are a team player that like to work in teams with different competences and that you are curious and eager to learn new things. Responsibilities may also include guiding a team of junior engineers and technical modelers in the Malm office and coordinate all design work being shared by the project managers.
