Job Description
- Responsibility for the smooth operational planning and running of our VIP events in our Munich units on match and nonmatch days
- Personal operational guest care on the VIP levels
- Organization and coordination of the entire service team consisting of permanent employees and temporary staff
- Preparation and followup of events
Qualifications :
- Completed training in the hotel industry gastronomy hospitality industry (event) catering
- Alternatively several years of professional experience in a similar position as a service supervisor service manager banquet manager catering manager or in event management
- Possibly experience in working with temporary staff
- Reliability and willingness to take on responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills flexibility and commitment
- Mandatory good knowledge of English. Good knowledge of German would be a plus
- Interest in international events and international catering
