Job Description
- Maintain and update existing infrastructure components while implementing new technologies and solutions
- Optimize infrastructure management to minimize manual effort and ensure cost efficiency
- Replace infrastructure components in line with evolving business requirements
- Collaborate closely with engineers to support scalability and infrastructure needs
- Proactively identify areas for improvement across the infrastructure stack from DevOps to Backend components
- Design solutions to enhance performance and developer experience
- Monitor critical production systems and help identify root causes of issues
- Play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of systems serving millions of users every second
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineerwith handson expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure and/or GCP
- Proven ability to manage largescale infrastructures including environments scaling up to 3000 instances per day and handling virtual machine fleets ranging from 1000 to 10000 VMs
- Proven track record of working on highload enterprise projects and managing critical infrastructure needs
- Strong problemsolving skillswith a focus on reducing manual processes through automation
- Solid understanding of infrastructure cost optimization techniques and security best practices
- Strong experience with Amazon Web Services
- Practical experience in scripting using Python and Bash
- Good knowledge of nonrelational databases such as OpenSearch Elasticsearch and MongoDB
- Experience with Terraform and Docker
- Strong monitoring skills using tools such as Grafana and VictoriaMetrics
- Handson experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines Jenkins and GitLab
- Advanced networking knowledge including firewall management load balancers VPC Route 53 and Cloud DNS
Would be a plus:
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and IaC tools likeAnsible
- Familiarity with Helm and ArgoCD for CI/CD
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with serverless infrastructure services such asCloud Functions and Cloud Run
- Additional database experience with ClickHouse PostgreSQL MySQL and Redis
