As a Technology Support III QA Automation in COMMERCIAL & INVESTMENT BANK you will ensure the operational stability availability and performance of our production application flows. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot maintain identify escalate and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems leading to a seamless user experience.
Job responsibilities
- Provides endtoend application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm
- Supports the daytoday maintenance of the firms systems to ensure operational stability and availability
- Assist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
- Identify issues for escalation and communication and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholders
- Analyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident problem and change management in support of full stack technology systems applications or infrastructure
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting resolving and maintaining information technology services
- Handson knowledge in Test automation tools like Selenium Cucumber JMeter TestNG BlazeMeter and JAVA/REST/SOAP web services
- Ensure test scripts cover various test scenarios including positive and negative cases and develop/execute automated test cases and analyze the results.
- Strong stakeholder management and written/oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and effectively communicate recommendations
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
- High degree of initiative selfdirection and ability to work well under pressure
- Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a largescale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Strong knowledge of industrywide technology trends and best practices
- Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS) Docker and Kubernetes
- Domain knowledge of Healthcare revenue cycle management
