Job Description
Position Overview
BayCare Medical Group a leading physicianled medical organization in Florida is actively seeking a BoardCertified or BoardEligible Palliative Care Physician to join their team at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative patientfocused team dedicated to delivering compassionate and highquality care to patients with serious chronic or lifelimiting illnesses. The position offers a rewarding blend of inpatient consultations and interdisciplinary care coordination within a wellestablished hospital system known for clinical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
The physician will be working to provide palliative medicine as part of an established interdisciplinary team in the inpatient setting. Our teams consist of boardcertified chaplains licensed clinical social workers and we are actively recruiting two nurse practitioners.
- The ideal candidate will have an interest in developing a collaborative and positive teambased culture.
- Build strong relationships with referring providers administration and community partners.
- This is a full time inpatient only opportunity with no call.
Position Requires: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
