You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a New Business Development Manager youll be at the heart of our mission to grow our customer base and deliver exceptional value to businesses across the UK. This is a fastpaced deskbased role focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound calls while also managing and converting warm leads provided to you.
Salary: 40000 OTE (Including 25000 basic) Uncapped Commission
Location: Nelson (5 days office based)
Working Hours: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Your key responsibilities will include:
Generating new business through proactive cold calling and lead followup
Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored sales solutions
Managing your own sales pipeline and working to monthly revenue and KPI targets
Identifying key decision makers and initiating conversations with potential clients
Maintaining accurate records and followups in our CRM systems
Receiving coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance

Have experience in sales or business development (B2B sales experience is an advantage but not essential)
