Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager Finance Applications the Ariba Application Analyst will be part of the UHN Digital Finance Application Team supporting Ariba and its integration with S4HANA. Working with business and end users the technical team and others to support and manage Ariba. The role will support Ariba at UHN while working to enhance extend and optimize its use. Keeping the system up to date implementing new functionality and working with procurement vendors to meet business requirements.
The UHN implementation of Ariba includes Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) Contract Management Ariba Guided Buying Ariba Buying and Invoicing and Ariba Supplier Enablement. Supplier Lifecycle Management Preferred Supplier and Supplier Qualifications and Sourcing are on the future roadmap.
Duties
Provide daytoday support and subject matter expertise for the SAP Ariba system. Working with the erequisition support team and the education team. Troubleshooting issues providing end user support and coordinating with business and technical resources. Handling provisioning of user accounts issues with master data and contracts and other data. Working with SAP and other vendors as required.
Support the configuration and customization of SAP Ariba. Ensuring compliance with regulations security standards and organization policies. Providing deep Ariba functional and technical expertise. Maintaining and configuring the integration between Ariba and S/4HANA and the SAP Business Network.
Manage and handle Ariba patches updates and upgrades. Including supporting test plans and tracking of testing. Work with the education team on any changes to documentation and training materials. Ensuring that Ariba continues to function as expected and that integration with S/4HANA and the SAP Business network is not interrupted.
Improve the use of Ariba at UHN. Working with stakeholders business users and the technical team you will be part of business optimizations and the roll out of new features and functionality. Aligning with SAP Ariba best practices and the requirements of the business.
Work on projects and initiatives related to Ariba and its use at UHN. Including helping vendors onboard to the SAP Business network creation of punchout catalogues ongoing supplier enablement and implementation of new modules and areas in Ariba.
Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in computer science math or related degree/discipline or recognized equivalent is required.
- AP Ariba Certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience in SAP Ariba. Including configuring supporting upgrading and maintenance.
- Experience and proficiency in managing and leading Ariba projects.
