Compensation & Benefits
- Fulltime Monday through Friday Shift 10:00am6:30pm
- Hourly pay with overtime opportunities
- Paid vacation holidays and sick days
- Benefits after 3 months: Dental health spending account and extended health care
- Pay: $19.00$24.00 per hour
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this Shop Technician role would likely possess the following qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Essential for quality control
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with measurements calculations and quantities to ensure accuracy in receiving and quality control.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently maintain an orderly workspace and track shipments or inventory effectively.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift and move shipments including custom cabinetry and hardware.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in entering data navigating software tools.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Aptitude for identifying and addressing issues like damaged product or quality issues.
- Willingness to Learn: Enthusiasm for onthejob training and a positive attitude toward developing new skills.
- Experience in Shipping/Receiving: Familiarity with unloading inspecting and recording shipments is a strong advantage.
- Basic Woodworking Skills: Operation of basic tools is considered an asset.
- Forklift Certification: This certification is considered an asset.
